About Madalina

Madalina, co-founder of We For Real, is a community strategist & architect. She has advised people and organizations about building and growing a community for more than 12 years.

Madalina has 6 years of community-building experience at Impact Hub Bucharest, created 200+ events, global conferences, and learning journeys for ebbf. She is also the Founder of Taste the Drama, the first board game for teams' well-being.

About Liviu

Liviu is the co-founder of We For Real. He has advised 30+ tech and entrepreneurial communities in creating their strategy and planning their community activities.

Liviu is also the co-founder and Program Director at StepFWD, the accelerator for CEE tech startups with diverse teams. He has been part of 3 startup projects, which, although unsuccessful, have proved to be the fastest learning curve in his career.
