Product Management Bootcamp

Product Management Bootcamp is an intensive training program designed to equip  

• Product Management juniors & juniors+
• Project managers
• Business Analysts 
• And other people who are interested in product management 

with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the field of product management. It is specifically created for aspiring or early-career product managers, as well as professionals looking to transition into product management roles.

The program will last 2 days, June 24-25. It consists of a combination of lectures, hands-on exercises, case studies, group projects, and opportunities for participants to showcase their learning through real-world projects or simulations. The agenda covers a wide range of topics related to product management, including

• Understanding user needs and personas
• Product development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Introduction to product road mapping and prioritization
• Understanding the product development lifecycle
• Data analytics and A/B testing for product optimization
• Developing and managing a product backlog

By the end of the Product Management Bootcamp, participants will have gained a comprehensive understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and tools. They will be equipped with the skills to effectively drive product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver valuable and successful products to the market. 

The participants at the bootcamp will have as speakers and mentors 2 skilled industry experts Serghey Bobrov and Sergey Komarov. 

💁‍♂️ Serghey Bobrov - Product Manager and Tech Woman 2023 mentor 

Serghey Bobrov is a Product Manager with 9 years of experience in product development and management in EdTech, FinTech, and MediaTech. His expertise covers areas ranging from creating products from scratch to improving existing products and finding new paths for growth.

Beginning his career as a product manager in an FMCG company, he created a product with 96% brand awareness in the market. He later shifted his focus to EdTech and FinTech projects, and his portfolio includes an EdTech startup in partnership with Oxford University and the #1 mobile banking app on the market.

💁‍♂️ Sergey Komarov | Head of Digital Banking at Freedom Finance

Sergey has an impressive background, having graduated from Moscow State University's Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics in 2009. He has worked as a PO and CPO in three large banks. He has led various products, including Personal

Financial Management, Smart Tips, Personalization, Search in the banking application, Identity Provider, Deposits, and Investments. He has experience launching digital products to an audience of over 50 million MAU. Currently, as a CPO, Sergey is responsible for all digital channels and the Product Owners Guild in a foreign bank.In 2017, Sergey's product "Smart Tips" won the EFMA award for "Big Data, Analytics, and AI" under his leadership.

The conversational language will be Russian and Romanian.
